What makes me credible to train you? I have been active most of my life. I danced when I was younger, played basketball, and ran track. To be honest, there were a few years that I was not active. It was not until I wanted to pursue acting and modeling that I started working out on a regular basis. I was 20. After graduating college, I moved to Los Angeles, Ca. In California, I joined my first gym. I was hooked. I educated myself in proper exercise technique and worked out with my friends. Fitness became a way of life.
I hold training certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and American Academy of Health, Fitness, and Rehab Professionals (AAHFRP). My education has taught me the importance of creating workouts that incorporate core, stability, functional, balance, cardiovascular, and strength training. I help my clients build strong and functionally mobile physiques. To achieve optimum results, I educate my clients on the importance of a healthy diet.
